The Premise
The story follows two young adults forced into a life-or-death game with a large sum of money as the prize. With ten tasks to complete before sunrise, both girls realize playing fair is the quickest way to an early grave. Sometimes, it's not worth being the hero.

The Setting
Zuria Noctis is an mmorpg game so popular, two theme parks across the continental U.S. have opened up. All's well until a certain number of visitors trigger the start of a death match. No one can leave and the one's who try meet a fatal end when the characters from the game spring to life.

The Inspiration
The two main sources of inspiration stem from Netflix's "Squid Game" as well as "Alice in Wonderland" by Lewis Carroll. A combination of these two situational trials is the perfect summation of PTM, with an ending that will leave readers on the edge of their seat.

The MC
Teresa Price is a 21-year-old programming major, enjoying the last thrills of spring before her internship begins. She enjoys listening to "True Crime" podcasts, reading Sci-Fi novels, and creating programming aides to help students with dyslexia study. She's a guaranteed prodigy and playing Zuria Noctis with her best friend, Lorelli, is the best way to relieve stress.
